Is counting calories and strict routines the only way to lose weight?
Post Body
I drink plenty of water, I work out when I can, I eat plenty of veggies and protein (maybe a lil carb heavy but I’m working on that) and I only eat when I feel physically hungry. but I just seem to stay the same. I don’t need to shed half my body I just want to see some results. I’m frustrated. I’ve tried counting calories but I found myself focusing more on calories and less on nutrition. And I’ve tried strict workout routines but as soon as I miss a day I start to lose motivation rapidly.
