So gonna try to keep this one short. My husband and I are both very tall 6’7 and 6’0. He has always been very thin and I was about 160 and had muscle. He got a very active job a few months ago and I went through a very long health crisis and I’m finally getting relief and have started working out again. Luckily In 3 years restrained I only gained 15-20lbs (I’m now at 180). However all my muscle mass is gone. I’ve been working out again solid for about 10 weeks and my weight is going no where and with my husbands job he really needs to be gaining weight. I know my bmi is still on the borderline of healthy into slightly overweight so please don’t give me shit about it but being a little lighter is just where I feel more comfortable with myself. Working out for me feels great but my husband can eat like a horse with a crazy metabolism. We’re both 31, can anyone give me a good amount of foods to start buying for the house to help my cravings and help this weight loss a little easier? It’s been hard for me to lose the weight and cook for the both of us especially at dinner. Thanks ❤️
