After doing weight training during school, I'm looking to shed some weight I've the summer. I've researched alot about cutting, and I am currently using MyFitnessPal to track calories. My current limit is around 1600 cals a day, and Im projected to lose 1.5 pounds a week. I have found it hard to stay full, and I am constantly hungry. I've looked at another plan that would project me losing around 1 pound a week, and it has a calorie limit of 1850 a day. I am struggling to decide which plan is better for me since I feel like if I decreased my cut, I would be jeopardizing my chances at loosing weight, and any advice would be greatly appreciated
Btw, I'm male, 6'0, and 180
