What do I have to do to get ride of my stomach fat?

I have a twig body. I am 5’10 150 lbs and I play basketball. I lift daily. I have pure muscle in my legs and arms and chest. However I have a lot of flab and fat in my abdominal area. I tried walking, sprinting, core exercises and get I still have fat stored there and little fat throughout it the body. Any tips or advice or help???
