Post Body

I have been an average size most of my life, casually athletic on rec teams and into hiking.

About 6 years ago I had the first of 3 brain surgeries that were tough on my body. A lot of bed rest, long hospitalizations, and just trauma.

I'm feeling more physically healthy and well than I ever have. I am back to work full time, in a great relationship and everything is going better than I could have asked.

I do exist in a body that feels forgeign to me, a literal 100 pounds heavier at 280lbs. I keep trying to build work outs into my routine and I am so out of shape I am really struggling to know where to begin or stay motivated.

I have been doing great with diet and reading here today I think I'm really going to need to increase my food intake as I might have taken the calorie deficit to an extreme.

If anyone has tips for getting back into things slow and steady, or any tips at all, I would love to hear them
