Ive been thru some heavy stuff lately and finally after months got on the scale and im 9 lbs away from goal weight. I want to hit that so bad but still very much in depression mode and cant make myself do anything but work a few days gamble and eat ... So toxic to myself right now and dont know how to get started again .
