Calories intake too low?

Hey guys, just had a quick questions.

I am a 25 year old, 6’3, 215lbs male. I work from home, walk 10-25 mins during breaks, and go to the gym 1-2hrs per day (PPL).

My TDEE came back around 2600-3000 depending on the activity level I put.

Just wondering, would it be too crazy if I ate around ~1500 calories 160ish grams of protein.

Is this cut too extreme? Should I increase to 2000 calories 200 grams of protein?

I would say my priority is too shed off fat.
