Advice on plateau and fixating on weighing myself?
Post Body

Hey folks - do you have any advice or tips on not fixating on weighing myself each day?

For context, I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a few years. I’ve been able to gain muscle and feel great in my body. I’m about 170 5’9 35.

Recently, I’ve been eating 2k calorie diet and a 4 day split workout. Now I’ve hit a plateau and I’m fixating on the weight on the scale.

I know this isn’t the only data point I should worry about, but I still do it.
