Should I weight myself everyday?
Post Body

23 F 5ā€™7 187lbs

have gone done 4lbs in 2 months šŸ˜’

I workout 4-5x/week but Iā€™m ALWAYS hungry

I want to go down AT LEAST TO 170, ideally ~155-160

I hate counting calories and prefer eating dinner late (7-9PM)

Will weighing everyday make me feel more accountable? Is it healthy?
