I’m 21 started my weight loss journey 1-1-19 a little cliché but in the past two months I lost 25-30 pounds so I’m pretty happy from 315-320 down to 290-91. I have been attending Planet Fitness and today there was a new group of people I tend to go at night around 10 PM I had my headphones in but my music stopped playing and I heard them making fun of me... It’s really discouraging for a few minutes but, I’ll keep going no matter what seeing the advice and help from this subreddit has done a lot in terms of helping me push forward even when I just read advice that other people need...
