How do I calculate my caloric intake?

Hello, I’ve been pretty active in the gym for the last two years, definitely have more muscle mass than I have before, I’ve just been struggling to lose excess fat. I know a caloric deficit is what I should aim for, but how do I accurately calculate how many calories I need to maintain my body weight?
