Hi there! So yesterday I started my fat loss journey. I downloaded an app to count my calories to do a calorie deficit diet and also the Google fit app to track my steps and overall daily movement. My main way of working out at the moment is dance routines because I LOVE dancing, I Always have. But upon doing research it says the best time to exercise for fat loss is in the morning, but unfortunately I can't dedicate mornings specifically because I either work mornings or work late nights so I then end up sleeping in until 12pm, so it's why I'm wondering if it's just best to exercise when I first wake up before I eat. If anyone could give some advice on this I'd be severely grateful 💜
