Please help me with a gym routine for weight loss. I want to go to the gym three times a week.
I'm looking for something like: On day 1 do this at the gym, on day 2, etc.
Is it best to do all cardio one day, all arms and abs one day, legs and thighs one day? or should i be doing cardio every day? what machines should be used in the same workout? don't even know what to ask!
I am new to the gym and don't want to feel stressed that i'm not taking advantage of the time and am just wandering around doing random things.
