Weight gain from one dessert?

I’ve recently lost 20 pounds and as of Sunday, I was 126 pounds. I had one cup of moderately portioned frozen yogurt with a few toppings. I knew this wasn’t diet friendly but I had worked out that day and needed a cold treat. Now for the past two days I’m 127 pounds…. Did I really gain weight from ONE cup of frozen yogurt? Or is it just passing through my system? I’m feeling very defeated.
