Sex: Male Height: 6ft 3in Weight: 245lbs
TL;DR I want to lose body fat (and lower my weight closer to 215-220) but I also want to become stronger and put on muscle.
Any advice on doing this body recomposition? I have a substantial amount of belly fat but my arms feel thin.
I go to the gym twice a week but try for 3 times. I workout arms once a week and legs once a week with some back and abdominal excercises mixed in to either day. I've been stagnating at my current weight. I eat around 2100 Calories a Day (which is what my BMR apparently is)
