I just started my weight loss journey and while I'm not comfortable divulging my current weight because of a very unfortunate eating disorder, I'd say I have to lose 20kg while augmenting my muscle mass to be healthy. I've started lifting and doing light cardio, but I want to do more. The thing is, I have asthma and it's really hard to walk and bike. I've been doing elevation 4.5 to 8 on the treadmill (no running, my lungs don't have the capacity for it) and elevation 3 to 5 on the bicycle.
I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to be able to do more cardio, if y'all have any tips, or even motivating stories.
