34m I’m 6’ 4” 260 lbs. I’ve currently cut out energy drinks, sodas, anything with refined sugar, only drink water about a gallon a day, I do a full body workout out each day, so far in the last two months Ive lost 32lbs. My question is…. Are there any supplements I should be taking? And I don’t mean the “miracle dad bod destroyer ones” I mean just in general to help recovery, metabolism, and general health? And maybe brands too?
