I have just started my weight loss journey. I do not know my exact weight but im definitely in the 250lb to 300lb range. its only been about a day since i started and i have cut back on eating food allot. im trying to drink more water than sugary drinks and doing some cardio as well as limiting my potion size. instead of having an unhealthy snack today i went and bought some cucumbers and some grapes for a snack. for the entirety of today i have only eaten about 80% of a cucumber and some grapes and drank 1 Gatorade 0 sugar drink. i want to lose weight but i also am scarred that i might be starving myself to do so. i want to be at a healthy skinny weight but im new to this. can anyone give me any advice for portions that should be ok for a 250lb to 300lb person trying to lose weight.
