I was wondering if anyone else is on a weight loss journey while in nursing school and working? I know it seems like a lot and it is trust me but I want to get Into nursing school and lose 100 pounds. I’m wanting to get into nursing school because I want to give back particularly as a nurse anesthetist because I’m not super good with people but I do care about people. Right now I’m working a retail job and I’m trying to switch back to Food and beverage and just work back of house and be paid more. Weight loss wise. I’ve only lost 5 pounds this summer and it’s been through intermittent fasting. I’m trying to follow my friends workout app but honestly, I get home so late or study so late that I don’t wake up in time and I know that’s my fault but I’m really really trying to keep all A’s so I can get into nursing school, but I know I need to lose hundred pounds all my friends and family are on me about it and how it connects to my attractiveness and my chance of getting jobs and my overall health and happiness. Right now I’m doing mostly intermittent fasting and like I said it’s working, but it’s not working super super fast.what else can I do the Fitness app I’m following and trying to do is Get Salty by Jenny Fisher and my starting weight was 263 pounds and I’m currently at 258. My lowest weight was 152 but my goal is 130.
