So to give you the facts about my weight loss..
I have lost 5kgs(11.02Ibs) in 8 weeks.
I have done this through taking sugar out of my eating. That means, any food that was made in a factory that contained any sugars in them has been removed from my eating.
I only eat natural foods or foods that you know what is contained in them. Knowing, what is in the foods you eat, is very important and staying away from sugar is very important.
Here is a list of sugars you need to stay away from..
- Sucrose
- Glucose
- Fructose
- Dextrose
- Maltose
- High-fructose corn syrup
- Corn syrup
- Molasses
- Brown sugar
- Raw sugar
- Cane sugar
- Beet sugar
- Turbinado sugar
- Demerara sugar
- Confectioner's sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Granulated sugar
- White sugar
- Caster sugar
- Muscovado sugar
I eat 1 large meal around Lunch time, followed by 3 apples that are sliced up. That is my one and only meal. The apples gives me sweetness and fibre.
I dont eat breakfast and I dont eat an evening meal.
After coming back from work (work a 9 to 5 job). I only have a large glass of water and 3 medjol dates and that is it.
This has helped me lose weight.
How i lost weight, may or may not work for you. As we all are different with different structures.
