Down 100lbs!!!

I started 400 and now 5 months later I’m at 306, my goal is 180 and I feel like I can realistically reach this by the end of the year, I just wanted to share this because I don’t have many ppl to talk to and I’m really proud of myself! If anybody has any tips they would like to share I would appreciate it so much!!!
