So I (26m) am 6 Foot 8 Inches 315ish pounds. 2 Years ago I topped out at 400 and decided to make a change. My weight has steadily dropped since then with regular dips and plateaus as you would expect. However the past 5-6 months I've been pretty much stuck. Lots of bouncing around. I range anywhere from 310 to 319 depending on the day and I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I average about 3,500 calories out a day with an average intake of about 2,800 so I'm clearly in the deficit range. I do cardio almost daily with weight lifting/ strength training 1-3 times a week as my schedule allows.
I get around 120g of protein daily and around 20-30g of fiber. I almost never eat out. Why am I petering out all the sudden?
