I need some help coming up with a routine specifically working out with minimal equipment to lose 10-20lbs. I’m 30m currently 6’3” and hover between 255-260lbs. My diet isn’t the best and stands for some improvement, but I’m an extremely picky eater. This is due to sensory issues with taste, texture, and smell. I do plan to cut out most of my sugar intake. Which is about 24-32oz of soda per day. And late night (after 9pm) snacking.
Does anybody have some recommendations on a work out routine for me? I currently have a unpowered treadmill, and cheap elliptical. I also have a mountain bike, and don’t mind spending roughly $500 on some more equipment or getting a membership at the local ymca.
