Gained 5-6 pounds in 3 months trying to lose by eating very low carb and high protein but every time I eat the next day I gain weight.. that stays on
Post Body

Hi everyone!

I’ve been struggling with my weight so much recently and I’m not sure what to do. I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) but, I have been doing a good job at keeping my weight low and healthy. I randomly lost 10 pounds while I was overseas for 3 weeks in May from doing literally nothing I was eating ALOT was not walking a lot either just eating like one normally would on vacation. I assumed it was the food quality, but I’m not sure. The last few months I have been steadily gaining weight without trying. No matter what I do how much I eat, how many calories I’m burning at the gym, and what I eat I was gaining weight. I’ve spoken to my doctor about this and they first prescribed Lomaria (Phentermene) 8 MG, I did not see a difference. Then I was prescribed Sprinolacton 50 MG, I also have not seen or felt a difference other than me gaining weight. For reference I am 5’6” and 140-141 LBS, I was 133-135 lbs (which was maintained for 4 months). Someone please help. I am really trying hard to get back to that weight and maybe get down to 125 lbs maximum. I have been getting at least 10,000 steps in each day, doing some light weight training, and eating in a calorie deficit, even keeping it low carb and sugar. It’s gotten to the point where I eat one small to medium size meal a day and even with that I am gaining weight that kind I stays on! Please help 😥😥
