I notice more non scale results when I focus more on weights but the scale also goes up which give me anxiety. Are there better benefits doing cardio or weight training? I’ve also added jump rope to my workout as a different for of cardio rather than the elliptical. Also any workouts, machine you recommend? I’m not worried about my diet because I’m depressed and don’t eat much anyway (I know proper diet is key I’m just saying I don’t over eat lol) but I’d like to know which method of working out will give me the most noticeable results. My goal is to lose weight not to bulk up
