Im kinda confused about the diet my dietician gave me
Post Body

So, 20 yo female here, i am 138 pounds / 63 kilos and 5'2 / 157 cm

I started going to my old dietician almost a week ago and the diet he gave me was kinda weird. He used to give me slightly more filling meals.

Today for example:

Breakfast: Juice - 1 lime, the juice of two oranges, half a cup of spinaches and half a cucumber

Lunch- 150 grilled chicken breast, side veggies (my choice), half a cup of rice

Dinner- One cup of light natural yogur, a fruit and 3 tablespoons of granola

Between each i can eat a fruit (except mango, banana, grapes and such, reasonable ig), vegetables or light jelly.

One of my days meal plan was arounnd 900 calories, which might go up to 1200 picking the right fruits i guess xd

Ive been disciplined and i get that since im short i dont need much to maintain, but ive been feeling kinda tired. Hunger for me is a small issue tbh. I also want to hit the gym and im scared this wont be enough or that itll make me lose way more muscle than i intend to but what do i know.

Imma tell him my concerns next session but i want to know what yall think
