So, I weigh around 250-280 and most of it is in my gut/belly. I've got no problem being chubby, but I'd like to drop some of the weight for healthier living and for sexual endurance reasons.
I need help finding everyday exercises that will help me drop some of the belly weight, even if it's just a little. Currently, I'm a teacher at a pre-k that works from 6am to 630pm four days a week. I don't really have the money for a gym membership.
My diet, via eating disorder, only includes white meats and fish, with virtually no fruits and veggies (unless mixed into a juice or yogurt. I do, admittedly, drink a decent amount of dark sodas.
Any advice is appreciated. 😁
