Male,40 years old, 6ft 3in, 420 lbs
Back story, back in June I was since to the ER with a 155 heart rate. Come to find out I had atrial flutter heart rhythm. I was in the ER for five days, at what point day one was 486 lbs, and at day five I was 460 lbs. I took my doctors advice and started walking and cutting salt from my diet. I dropped to 420 lbs in about 2 months since my visit. But all of last month I havent lost any weight. I been watch my food intake, doing 5 days aweek workouts with my kid (weights, and cardio) and still nothing. What am I missing here?
I eat about 2500 cals a day, in what is an oatmeal with two hard bioled eggs, and some fruit about 4 hour after waking up. Lunch is chicken beast and veggies, a pack of tuna, snack after workout is tuna, and some crackers or corn chips, and diner is whatever wife makes ( tacos with turkey meat, paste low carb noddles, with turkey meatballs, turkey loin, fish, etc...we try to keep it health). My workouts are weights for about 60 mins time frame, and cardio at gym I hit atleast a mile under 15 mins ( asfrom last Friday I did get 13 mins on my mile). My work I get atleast 8k steps in, and at the end of the day I range from 10k to 12k. So question is what am I missing?
