So I am a bit on the heavier side. I weigh about 300, 22 years old at about 5'10, I started workinout about 4 years ago, put it on pause and I haven't put on any significant weight or lost any. I went from about 340 to about 280 in 2 months back then going extreme on it I guess you could say however I would like to try to get down to about 220 now. I am currently afraid though that I'll have a lot of excess skin from it and I would have no idea how to try to prevent that or help that. I am physically stronger than most people I know. I do not know if that is contributing to my weight significantly but I know I have a lot of stomach fat specifically and I'm wanting to try to reduce that and I have no clue where to start any more.
