So I was felling down this weekend, I usually weigh myself on saturdays and to my shock the scale hasn’t moved. I do 30 minutes of cardio and then hit the weights mostly working on my stomach. My legs are naturally muscular so I don’t want them any bigger and I’m dragging my feet with upper body stuff because I don’t have much upper body strength. I’ve been consistent for two months post break up from a narc. I’d taken belly pictures last year and today I took some updated pictures because I felt like my clothes were fitting different. There’s such a noticeable change! The scale just isn’t moving so that’s when I found out about body recomp. My question is What workouts create more drastic results? What should I be eating (I’ve been really depressed so getting myself to actually eat something has been a struggle but I’m working on it) and how much water should I be drinking? TIA! And any opinions on pre workout?
