My doctor gave me three, based on different muscle percentages. All of those are above what BMI says my weight should be. I thought I might just lose until my body looked and felt good to me, but I have a history of ED and body dysmorphia, so Iām not sure thatās a good idea. Plus, Iām very goal-oriented, so I know I would work better with a particular number to shoot for. I just donāt know how to choose.
How do you know whatās ānormalā for your height?
I love that idea, theoretically, itās just that I canāt imagine going through all of this only to have every doctor for the rest of my life tell me Iām obese and need to lose weight.

I wish I could do that, but I have been overweight my entire adulthood. I have no idea what my normal weight should be.
