I know figuring out weight loss can be tough, but I've been doing it since January. Cravings come and go. What helped me was tracking calories. I use noom but there are plenty of tracking apps. Calories in vs calories out. I used to crave peanut butter every night because I would literally eat a jar of peanut butter overnight every night. You can do this. Make your journey your own.
