I feel like crap when I see "is it bad to y amount of weight in x time"
Post Body

Especially when they're usually posts of a good weight loss being done well. At first it was vaguely upsetting but now I get more and more upset each time.

I want to leave reddit subreddits for this but that'll also mean losing a lot of motivation and reminders to keep going.

I'm not suggesting it's the fault of the person posting, it's just a think I experience. Anyone else?

In case anyone is interested here's my weight loss so far: SW 90kg March 2023 Cw 83.7kg June 2023
