So I'm just looking for some other opinions/advice. since January 24 ive been eating a diet of 1 soft tortilla with 80 grams of cook 93% lean beef for breakfast and dinner and 1 200 calorie protein bar for lunch drinking about 80-120 oz of water a day.

Im male 21 standing 5'8 currently 200lbs. I have lost 30 pounds a month. excluding May which I've used as a break and ive maintain 200lbs. on average i was losing 2lbs a week. my job consists of throwing trailer straps and climbing through trailers. and walking a good bit. the only other thing ive been doing 30 pushups since may 10th. and eat whatever I want on the weekends.
