Hi!
I (33F) am from Australia, where I'm extremely lucky to have access to cheap healthcare and affordable healthy food. I've been on my weight loss journey now for a month and half and I've lost just over 6kg (13 pounds) from my starting weight of 90kg.
Now, I have an internship for 3 months from June-September in California... I'm talking to my doctor next week about getting 3 months of my duromine prescription but I was wondering about the nutrition. I hear a lot in our news about things like HFCS etc in food over in the US. And of course the stress of being away from home... I don't want to lose all my progress. Ideally I'd continue losing weight while away, even if it's at a slower rate.
Does anyone have any tips for how to continue my success through such a big upheaval?
Thank you!
