Was wondering if anyone has any favorite YouTube channels, documentaries, podcasts, etc that they watch to either inspire or to get information to help with losing weight.
I've watched some documentaries, however I would love to find one that shows an individual(s) weight loss journey from start to finish.
Just trying to expand my knowledge and possibly get inspired at the same time.
