Hey guys. 5'3" F 215 lbs. I've lost about 10 pounds in 8 months (I know, super slow) by reducing my calories but I'd like to try to go into a bit of a bulk and build muscle to kickstart my progress. This is my normal weightlifting routine and I'd like you guys' take on what it's missing. On top of this I'll be swimming once a week and doing a quick warmup on the treadmill or stair master before lifting (I had to take a month off due to illness but now I'm jumping back in)
- Leg press
- lateral pull downs
- Barbell squats
- bench press
- dumbbell flys
I work quite a bit so I usually can only get 2 weightlifting sessions that are around an hour long in per week and am looking for a simple but effective overall muscle building routine. I like doing the same things every time I go in bc my little heart thrives on routine lol.
