How to tell if you have cut calories too much?
Post Body

Title says most of it. I'm 27 y/o F, 5'3", 215lbs and have been tracking/cutting my calories as well as a bit of weightlifting since June 2022. Ive have had moderate progress but I'm taking a bit of a break from strong calorie counting now and focusing more on increasing exercise. This is because I didn't have a period for 4 months and I think I might have cut my calories too much. I've had a time or two where I increased calories a bit when I was in a slump and it would kickstart my weight loss. So how do you determine if you've cut calories too much? My hunger cues are pretty inconsistent as sometimes I'll under eat bc I won't feel hunger until I start eating but other times I've been an emotional eater.
