Finally started my weight loss journey after battling with my mental health for years, I am now finally happy to start my weight loss journey. I started at 110 kg and now already lost 10! I am following a diet supplied by my doctor, i has to be a specific diet since i have PCOS. I’ve never worked out in my entire life but I want to start, do you think it’s possible to lose weight by walking 30min each day? I can’t afford to go to the gym atm since I work and go to university at the same time, but I will start going in the summer. From now until july, do you think it is a good start to just walk each day?
