33F, Starting weight: 107kg. Current weight: 97,5kg. 170cm.
How do you determine your goal weight? I looked at BMI numbers and it indicates that around 62 would be ideal for my height. However i have quite a bit of muscle (I assume, i do quite heavy physical work) and felt that 70kg may be a better goal.
Calculating my body fat percentage online (with the navy method) it incicated that a perfect fat % for me would be around 70kg.
Would it be beneficial to get a proffesional body scan done ( Tanita Bodyanalyser) once I am closer to 75kg?
