So, I’ve never had a problem using weight before, but always slipped into bad habits,

My issue is I’ve been training with weights but and eating better, but the scale doesn’t seem to move at all, it’s been a good few months I understand I will be gaining muscle but there is no way I’m gaining muscle at the same speed of weight loss and I’m definitely in a calorie deficit. Am I just retaining a ton of water from new work outs, this doesn’t make sense to me
