I'm 18 years old, 230 pounds, and can't bench a plate. This is because I have took the easy route my whole life. I decided yesterday that I was gonna get in shape because all of my friends at school always make jokes about me. I downloaded mymacros , and I looked up what I should do for it but I get no simple answer. I used thier tool that helps with my macro goals for each day, but it just dosent seem right. It says I need to eat 277 grams of protien and a fuck ton of everything else. I've been eating all day like crazy and only now finally got to the goal. I definitely ate much more than I normally do, and I dosent seem right that this is suppose to "make me lose wieght" when I feel super full all day and need to choke stuff down to hit the calorie and protien and carb goal. I was wondering if someone could help me with a diet of what I should eat and the goals that I could get to, because these seem not right.
