Here's the thing... I get out of breath easy and I can definitely feel the fact my health isn't super great. I get basically no excercise and sit all day.
I also know I am nowhere near as big and fat as I want to be.
So I'm curious... Can anybody in this community recommend specific excercise regimens to get my heart and lungs stronger while I continue to grow? I understand the bigger I get the greater my health risks are, and there's no such thing as safe obesity.
That being said... It's worth the risk to me to have a body I love... And I'm just out to reduce the risk as I continue to shape that body into the bigger form I want it to be.
