So I've put on some weight, like most over the past year. I was never what I'd call thin but 90% of my excess body fat seemed to settle on my gut.
That's changed with these last ten pounds though. I have man boobs now.
I have to say, for some reason I'm keenly aware of them whenever I move. I feel them bouncing when I walk down stairs and this t-shirt I'm wearing is tight around them, I can feel them move as I look side to side.
It seems even a little motion makes me think "hey... Those are boobs you got there son!" And tbh it's a bit distracting sometimes. When I'm not wearing a shirt, I can even push them together and have passable cleavage.
Even though I want a big gut more than anything, I have to admit these look and feel nice... And I can't help but focus on on them whenever they forcibly remind me of their newfound existence.
Has any other formerly flat chested (men or women) encounter this?
