maybe i’m just the kind of person who got grilled way too hard about what i ate as i grew up, or maybe i’m just more sensitive to how various foods make me feel than a lot of people. maybe it’s just that i’ve always been a staunch believer that healthy foods can be just as delicious as junky ones.
but i always see posts, content etc going on and on about eating the greasiest, sugariest, etc etc foods for gaining— fast foods, sodas, and oftentimes straight-up just unprepped ingredients like heavy cream or butter— with a heavy (ba dum tss) emphasis on how unhealthy they are. no hate to anybody who likes these things— obviously, you all are the majority here. what i don’t understand is why i rarely, if EVER, see anyone into stuffing/feedism with wholesome, hearty foods? no heaping portions of savory pot roast, no overflowing plates of crispy roasted vegetables, no comically oversized bowls of salad?
i know not everyone is so put off by this, but i know at least in my case, i can’t stand the sickly, sludgy feeling that fills my body when i only eat junk and sugar and grease for a while. i’m never opposed to a nice helping of dessert or a good sweet snack, but it really feels like there’s more of an interest in eating things that are expressly bad for you (and aren’t necessarily Enjoyable) than there is in eating things that you, y’know, actually enjoy eating.
i dunno. does anyone else feel like this? or am i pretty much an island in a sea of ‘unhealthy gaining’ enjoyers?
I prefer healthier foods for stuffing! I feel like i can also eat alot more when I do this it depends what you're going for! I got for volume tho
