I apologize if this has been asked before but what’re the ways you’d blow up the calories of a dish? I’ll be cooking for someone who I want to try tasty but calorific food but I don’t have much experience with that. If I cook a pasta bolognese or fried rice how do I double their calories? Any calorific drinks or alcohol you’d recommend? Do you think if I tempt them with healthy dishes, like salads, then actually make them tasty and calorific would that work better? It would be ideal if I can make them gain 5kg in a week. Any advice is welcome! Thanks in advance!
