Why roleplay a one on one fattening when we could discuss a society wide gaining scenario? In this prompt, I'd like to discuss an alternate universe where standards on health, beauty, and hygiene are completely reversed, creating a taboo world with plenty of gross quirks!
In this universe, intentionally gaining is seen as completely normal, and doctors actually encourage and guide their patients to gain as much weight as possible, even prescribing medications to quell some of the health issues that can arise with unhealthy eating, sedentariness, and extreme weight gain.
Laziness and slobbiness would also be super mainstream! All jobs would be either office jobs where you don't have to move, or work from home jobs where you don't even have to leave the house! You could just sit around all day, eating, never even worrying about showering!
My big kinks here are slob, realistic weight gain, medical play, unhealthiness, hedonism, etc.
