I love the idea of a fit person eating themselves to death, to the point where they can’t move because of all their fat, not able to control their bladder or bowels anymore, the smell of their body revolting, sometimes not being able to keep their meal down, puking it up, covered in leftover food and acne, their cock or vagina covered by mounds of fat, impossible to fuck or see but still there by the piss leaking out of the mounds.
