Medicine fatigue

Does anyone else go through medication fatigue, aka it comes to the day of the week you take the injection but you just don’t feel mentally capable of doing so? I take mine every Friday night but today I had a full on mental breakdown over taking it, I’ve never experienced this before and just wanna know if anyone else has had a moment like this?
