1st Shot (.25) Last Night…..Felling Effects Already?!?

As the title states, I took my very first shot last night - about 15 hours ago. I usually have a smoothie for breakfast, but had a headbanger of a headache and went with 2 pieces of 100% whole wheat toast, a cuppa tea and a banana. I only finished half the tea, both slices of toast, and the banana went back in the bowl! Is this all in my head or am I actually feeling full already? This is crazy!
